Waiting two months for an answer. Call every week no response.

Dr. Collins recently did wrist surgery on my son (we had actually consulted with another surgeon prior and found them to be very passive about my son's issues, scheduling surgery, etc). We then found out about Dr. Collins and within just a few days we had an appointment to see her. Dr. Collins was incredibly responsive, explained things very well, and seemed genuinely concerned about my son's well being. From the initial exam to pre and post op, we were incredibly happy with her and her staff.

Dr Collins Repaired my arm that was broken straight across the bone above my elbow. Her excellence as a Sugeon is beyond reproach. I have regained full and complete motion of my arm. She is an amazing person I cannot recommend her enough and I am so very grateful.

My husband had triger finger surgery, now has nerve damage and pain. Surgery done at Lee Memorial Hospital and during preoperative schedule was pushed back considerably due to nursing staff not being able to prep first patient. Large amount of arguing by nursing staff, administration stepping in and a doctor who is not at all happy. Not at all surprised the outcome is not good. It is a shame that all parties are not more organized and professional enough to see that these circumstances are not

Office staff does not return phone calls and very slow in paperwork which reflects bad on Dr Collins.

First..she is amazing...second...she is amazing...third....she is so talented...BUT besides that she is down to earth, talks in a language u can understand, she always has a funny story and she tells you exactly what is going to happen ..and it does. There is no reason to even call someone else...

I HAD FUNCTIONAL USE OF MY LEFT HAND UNTIL DR COLLINS SET MY BROKEN THUMB . AS A RESULT OF THE SURGERY MY THUMB IS IN THE PALM OF MY HAND AND I AM SEVERLY HANDICAPPED AND CANNOT USE MY LEFT ARM AND HAND. OPERATION WAS ON MAY 11 2016, I SAW DR COLLINS ON JULY 7 2016 AND SHE CONCURRED THAT THE SURGERY WAS NOT SUCCESSFUL AND THAT SHE WOULD CORRECT THE SITUATION ASAP AND TOLD ME THAT SHE WOULD FIT ME INTO HER SCHEDULE.THIS HAS NOT HAPPENED AND HER SCHEDULING ASSISTANT NOW REFUSES TO CALL ME

The wait time for an appointment is horrible and the staff conveys the opinion that take it or leave it The office manager if you get to her is delightful and attempts to accommodate the patients. It is just to busy an office. I started to make an appointment in October was given one the end of January, then second appointment middle of March which was cancelled and given one with an associate and it I wanted Dr. Collins would have to wait until May.
