Doesn’t care about patients. Follow up scheduled out months even to get test results. Impossible to schedule a follow up appointment but still taking new patients. Poor reflection of BMG where I have had good care otherwise

Cold, dismissive and utterly unsympathetic. Treated me like a drug seeker when I was desperately struggling. Turned her back completely. Her PA and other staff are excellent though.
