No one visit; I have seen her regularly. I am happy with her care; she is intelligent and keeps well informed as to my condition by asking questions when I see her.

The Staff is very rude and when I asked to speak to a Manager I was hung up on. I was actually calling them to inform that they faxed me other patients information. That is a HIPPA violation and as a physician office they need to be more careful.

Dr. Sandra Berman discovered a lump in my neck that no one else had. It eventually led to the removal of my thyroid and a cancer diagnosis. I am now healthy and cancer free thanks to early detection. She is a thorough a caring physician.

Sadly, I no longer trust Dr. Berman. She has been lying to me something she promised at my last appointment. I do not understand, why, after so many years, she would stoop to such a low level of professionalism.

Dr Berman is very caring, she listens to concerns and addresses them. appointments can run a little late but are usually within 15 minutes of the appointment.
