He is an excellent doctor, but became to busy. We ended up being sent to urgent care by his staff when we were sick. When we were able to get in we saw his nurse practitioners. We did not see him every other time like most offices. His office staff made decisions who would see him.

When there is that much staff turnover, there are deeper problems within the practice. I was ridiculed for requesting a tetanus vaccine. On several occasions I witnessed elderly sick patients being sent away for not having small copay or being a few minutes late. When I first started going to him many years ago he was the most caring person one could hope for in a physician. Sadly, that has changed! Would not recommend to anyone.

If I could leave a 1 star review I would. I was a patient of an apparently previous MD at this practice, when trying to schedule an appointment I was told that I was no longer a patient. Don't they let people know about these things? She proceeded to tell me it was my fault since I had not been in. I let her know that I had not been in because I have not been sick. She pretty much said ohh well. I then tried to get set up as a patient with Dr. Rahangdale and was told after several phone calls trying to work this out that he was not going to take me as a patient because I have not been in in 2 year and you are supposed to keep up your relationship with your doctor. As I am sick and trying my hardest with no voice to work all of this out so that I can be seen she actually told me all of this. This office has the worst customer service I have ever seen. And getting an appointment to get in to be seen is very difficult. When you are sick being told that you cannot be seen is unacceptable.

I was a patient of Dr Rahangdale for over a decade and have recently left as I moved to NC. My experience with Dr. R. was excellent. I felt like my health was in good hands at all times and that I received the best of care. I would highly recommend his practice to anyone, In fact he took care of my mother until she passed away.

It has become very difficult to see Dr. Rahangdale. Most of the time I see the ARNP. I love her, she is very knowledgeable. However, there are times when you want and need to see the MD. I was told that the office visits would be rotated each visit alternating between the MD and ARNP. So far, that has not happen. Lately, there's a new office staff each time I visit. Within two months of visiting, there was a completely new staff. I really miss the former staff that was caring and knowledgeable.

Dr Rangdale is a great doctor. For wellness visits I could not be happier. However, when you are sick, you can never get an appointment with him. You get stuck with the nurse practitioner. She is nice but she does not have his knowledge or abilities. His office staff is a rotating ferris wheel. Every time you go in there are new people. And some of them are dumb as rocks.
