Don't CARE Doctor
Unfortunately this is the most Don't CARE physician I ran into. Provided absolutely nothing that would help my issue. Basically his professional comment was "Your issue came with age so nothing we can do about it". WHAT!!!! Why I need to go see Dr. for treatment. I should have save my time and $$$ to stay home and continue suffer until the end of my day. This is the most ridiculous advice I received from any professional. Go look for a Dr. that would care about your health and well-being that would help you instead of looking at you as $$$ when they bill you and your insurance.

Put off repair for a torn rotator cuff and bicep muscle for way too long avoiding Covid and MRI worries. What a waste of time, mobility and healing. Dr. Koo and his team appear to have done an excellent job of getting both repaired, putting me at ease and so did my physical therapist. 6 months out, my garden is fearing me! Total thanks Dr. Koo and team!

Dr. Koo has seen me through rotator cuff repair and reverse total shoulder replacement. He is very thorough and caring, down to the finer details that make recovery more pleasant, such as a well-fitting sling and appropriate pain management. He has taken excellent care of my complicated shoulder. Highly recommend.

just what I needed
Dr Koo and his staff assessed my shoulder. They got me in for rotator cuff surgery (during Covid with snow on the ground) and everything went smoothly. From the super nice guy who did my shoulder MRI, to Dr Koo's team.. everyone was super nice and thoughtful. I am still healing and am really grateful for the care and follow up care I receive.

Great Shoulder Doc!
I have seen Dr. Koo for a couple of years now. The first time ended up with surgery for my torn rotator cuff. Dr. Koo gave me exercises starting the day of surgery. My PT person said that because of this, Dr. Koo's patients always healed better and faster. Recently, my shoulder has become very painful. I saw Dr. Koo and he recommended a PRP injection. That didn't help either. I am now scheduled for surgery next month to get my shoulder replaced. Arthritis has not been kind. Dr. Koo always enters the room with a smile. He LISTENS. I never feel rushed when I see him. He is a fantastic doctor with a good bedside manner.

No drama! Dr Koo was able to get me in quick, checked my shoulder and gave me options. Rotator cuff surgery went very well and I was in very little pain afterward. Recovery is going nicely. I would highly recommend Dr. Koo for shoulder surgery.

Excellent surgeon for shoulder surgery
Dr Koo is excellent. I went to him for shoulder surgery to repair rotator cuff tear. He is super knowledgeable, explained the surgery and answered all my questions. His staff members are super nice and helpful. The other thing to mention is the video and PT referral from him are super great resource to prepare for the surgery. Would like to recommend to him everyone.

Dr. Koo performed a rotator cuff surgery on my right shoulder three years ago. I only saw him very briefly on the initial visit and never again. His P.A., a woman, was my only source of contact. I had asked for him but you always get rerouted to his P.A. She also performs part of the surgery I discovered, but perhaps not an important part. Three years later my shoulder hurts me every day & I am having to see another surgeon. They told me if I went back to Proliance within the three years, I would not have the option of seeing another Surgeon.

Visit was great. I had been looking forward to it. My shoulder has been doing better than I thought it would. Pretty close to full motion. No pain since the surgery. Now the strengthening part starts so I can get back to the activities I want to do. Like golf, shooting hoops and throwing a baseball again with my Grandkids. Thanks
