Very happy with Dr Freedman and his staff! Especially Debbie! We were referred by a friend who was also happy. They know their stuff. They help navigate with insurance and all my child's related needs too!
Lake Worth, FL |
Office staff is HORRIBLE. They seem to forget to tell you that your first appointment is in Pembroke Pines even if you trying to go to the Boca office. Never even got to an appointment. Office staff BLOWS.
Ft Lauderdale, FL |
Linda, an office staff member/receptionist, is unprofessional, rude and lacking compassion about emergency matters; has caused me not to ever visit this office again and to take my son to a different doctor. Her tone when she speaks to the patient's parent is very harsh and belittling and is very disrespectful.

I would like to thank Dr. Freedman and his wonderful staff for providing cutting edge medical treatment for our son. Dr. Freedman not only helped our son grow and achieve his target height but he surpassed it. Dr. Freedman has also chosen to surround himself with the best staff any doctor would be honored to work with. He is a caring, supportive and competent doctor that utilizes every resource available to diagnose and treat his patients. My family and I are grateful. Thank you!

Worst doctor ever. Did not consider their mother's concerns until he had to admit I had been right and he was wrong. Spent thousands of dollars and offered zero assistance to my children. They stayed the same or became worse under his care. He only cared about receiving his payments. If only I could turn back time and choose the other doctor my insurance would have covered. Dr. Freedman has caused them permanent conditions that could have been fixed it addressed in a timely way.

For the past 16 years, my daughter has been under the care of Dr. Freedman. Through all of the ups and downs and unknowns, Dr. Freedman has closely monitored her growth and hormone levels and guided us through difficult medical decisions. He has taken the time to listen to all of our concerns and answer all of our questions, and has become our primary source of medical advice. When needed, he has provided us referrals to doctors throughout the community. Dr. Freedman is simply the best!
in Cape Coral, FL |
I reviewed Dr. Freedman yesterday and wanted to correct a typo. I meant to write that his staff is caring AND responsive.
in Ft Lauderdale, FL |
We were dismissed by Doctor freedman for daring to ask questions and clarification about our daughter blood test results and via phone increase of her Syntroid dosage. Previously questions about about nutrition and latest researches working to decrease inflammation were treated with dismissal and rudeness. If you want to be involved in YOUR child's health maintenance and improvement, and you would like to be updated seek another doctor.

Dr. Freedman and his staff are kind, considerate, caring, and excellent! There is no better in S. Fl. I've tried other Pediatric Endocrinology offices for my son and they're staffing is poor, the doctors are rushed, and overall treatment is lacking.

NOT recommended. Very rude. We were not happy with the care of our son! He said things that hurt his feelings and made him uncomfortable &upset. His front desk girl,Ana was so rude to us. Twice, she messed up our appointment and as a result we waited an ADDITIONAL 45 minutes- When I asked her why the delay she admitted that she overlooked us but had such a bad unprofessional attitude &didn't apologize! Her words were " Take it up with my manager! They are the worst!
My front desk girl's name is Linda -- not Ana! If the worst she can say is that patients may have to wait 45 minutes, it's really not that bad. We try very hard to honor patients time. The quality of our healthcare is our ultimate goal. Her son did very well on therapy, but we could not overcome the "entitlement" which the parent brought to every visit. I presume they'll be waiting in someone else's office soon!

My son Trey is now 21 years old and because of Dr. freedman he is a confident healthy young man. He reached his growth potential and now stands almost 6 feet tall. We would travel down from North Florida every 4 months but it was well worth it. We did this for 5 years and we are so grateful for Dr. Freedman and his amazing, caring staff. Dr. freedman is a brilliant doctor and he truly changed my sons life!
