Dr Bern performed an eyelid reduction for me due to vision obstruction. His knowledge in this area--outstanding. Approach with patients is kind and caring. His proficiency was well demonstrated-all phases of the surgery went perfectly--I can see very well again; there wasn't the slightest scar. My wife is very pleased with my handsome new look! His after care has been without question great. Office staff is always courteous and prompt. I would definitely recommend Dr. Berns to others.

I lost weight and needed to tighten things up a bit. Dr Bern did a fantastic job, and after one year, I'm still very satisfied with the quality of his work.

After the little bump above my lip was biopsied & confirmed cancer, the next step was to meet with Dr. Bern. He readily put my concerns & nervousness to rest with his pleasant demeanor & easy to understand explanations. Unfortunately to the disappointment of both doctors & I, my dermatologist, Dr. Karlsberg had to remove more tissue for clear margins than we'd wanted. Transferring for reconstructive surgery at CMH, Dr. Bern again immediately calmed my jitters & did an excellent reconstruction.

Dr. Bern is professional and personable and he made my surgery experience so much better. He sat and answered all of my questions and made sure I was comfortable before the procedure. His front desk staff, Laurie, however is not very personable. She seemed reluctant to answer my questions and did not smile at all during our conversations.
