My experience with Dr. Bass and his office was terrible. His office's professionalism was inappropriate. His office failed to answer my questions time after time and a nurse even disclosed alarming test results without Dr. Bass following them up. After doing all my testing Dr. Bass never even spoke to me again and didn't discuss any of my results with me. Everything was passed second hand to me by a nurse. He failed to be a competent, reassuring doctor, and his office had terrible patient care.
