I would give zero if I could. I wish i had never gone to this office. There are so many reasons not to see this doctor. She never took my problems seriously. every time when I brought some problems to her attention she started laughing at me. She is very unprofessional and treating the patient in a horrible way and she does not understand the whole concept of being a neurologist. DO NOT EVER GO TO HER.

She was so understanding with the situation in which was an appointment error. She is so kind and welcoming towards us and calmed us down. She took time out of her break to explain what might have happened (the online error) and even made sure she is available for the appointment we had made with another doctor(just in case she wanted to help us out). Through her caring words, she was able to establish trust, despite that it was our first visit to KP.

I had involuntary finger movements (like piano hands) that were a 4 on a neurological exam, which is severe, and lessened when I closed my eyes- blocking out external neurological stimulation/irritation to the brain. She told me it was all in my head and I cried after she left the room. It turns out I had a brain infection, and under the care of another doctor, my case was recorded via video and featured in an international conference for physicians treating neurological disease.

I have seen Dr.Saghafi on 2 different times. I found her to be extremely knowledgable and competent. She gave me a nuerological examination and explained in detail what the next steps should be. I am scheduled to see her in 6 months for a follow up exam
