Ludlow, MA |
Waited over a month for the appointment only to be turned away because he had a "meeting" and was told I needed to reschedule and wait another month. Had to go directly to the ER for treatment instead. The most rude and inconsiderate experience I've ever had will not be returning there again.
Our goal is to provide excellent service to our patients, and we apologize if that was not your experience at Mass. Eye and Ear. We would like to continue this conversation offline, and make sure that your concerns are fully addressed. Would you please contact Michael Buckley, site manager, in our Newton-Wellesley office at 617-573-6805. He will be happy to address any of your questions or concerns.

I saw Dr. Bhatt 5 years ago due to a scratchy throat and lump in my lymph node. At 36 I didn't expect cancer, but it was, and Dr.Bhatt could tell right away. I was scheduled for surgery to remove the lesion. Throughout the entire ordeal and my subsequent follow ups over the last five years, Dr. Bhatt's calm, caring, professional demeanor along with his exquisite knowledge always put me at ease...even in the face of fear. His new office is a longer drive for me, but he is more than worth it!
I came in very unexpectedly to see Dr. Bhatt. His demeanor is absolutely wonderful, so calm & clear about all that needed to be communicated. Unfortunately I passed out after the procedure but the office & the entire staff was fabulous in attending to my needs. I then had to come back a second time & get the same procedure. Dr. Bhatt was very aware of how to handle my unique situation the second time so that I did not pass out. Communication was excellent and I always knew what was going on.

it was my first visit with Dr. Bhatt and he helped me get comfortable and thoroughly explained every step of the process. I highly recommend him.

I cannot recommend Dr. Bhatt high enough to any potential patient. He has placed tubes for my daughter when she was one year, six years and eight years old. He is the consummate professional and is conservative in his management plan and recommendations so a parent will know that when surgery is recommended all other avenues and options have been explored. You will feel that all of your questions have been answered to your satisfaction. And no question is too small. Great experience at NWH.
