in Cortland, NY |
The experience was remarkably helpful and informative. Dr. Abduk-Malak was serious, responsive and thorough in his questions and examination. I was especially impressed in his sympathy and understanding of my husband's problems and his interest in finding if there were additional factors that were contributing to his condition. It really is wise to get a second opinion from this caring doctor. Amy Hnatko
in Cazenovia, NY |
I was seen by Dr. Malak in the hospital after having a stroke that affected my vision and balance. He identified the location of the tiny blockage in a narrow blood vessel deep in my brain which had not been noticed by other doctors. He gave me concise explanations of what had happened and differentiated my stroke from a TIA. Personable and focused on my case. I appreciated his expertise and would recommend him highly.
in Syracuse, NY |
My situation is complex; however, Dr. Malak makes me feel at ease. He is by far my favorite physician.
Liverpool, NY |
Same response as the other comments. It was awful. Didn't even say hello. Very condescending. Didn't explain anything. Did not take me serious. Acted like I was an inconvenience. Didn't come up with a plan. I never want to go back to this doctor again. Worst experience I've ever had. I would never recommend this doctor to anyone.
Syracuse, NY |
He was rude, condescending, dismissed and made diagnoses without any diagnostic tests coming back, TOOK A PERSONAL CALL DURING MY VISIT, and when I asked a medical question, he immediately changed the topic to how women tend to have my issues and why did I see a psychiatrist? All because I dared to ask hi a question, as his statements were contradictory. I will NEVER set foot in his office again. His staff is visibly intimidated by him. Arrogant and sexist. It was a horrible experience.
