What People Say About Dr. Samer Garas, MD

I had TAVR with Dr Garas and his crew. I cannot say enough in praise of their professionalism and kindness. He is a bright shining star in his field. I believe they helped me add 15 to 20 years to my life when, before the TAVR, I was a "cardiac cripple" with maybe a couple of miserable painful years left. Thank God for Dr. Garas, Dr. Lee and St. Vincent's Hospital.

I would not recommend Dr. Garras. After getting my test results back from a nuclear stress test and asking questions about my heart disease he advised me that it wasn't noted in that the doctor that had read the images said everything looked normal so he never even looked at the results. After informing him once again because this was my 3rd visit to his office that he should get my prior mri and x rays and paperwork from my previous doctor he now decided that he wanted to see it.
