Fails to communicate, PA sees his patients
Patient for 4 years. Have seen the doctor twice, every other time it's been the PA. Messages left go without a response, simple things like scan result inquiries and PET scan results are left without answer until 2 or 3 months later. Treatment is far below standard and no real concern for the patients wellbeing. Really pathetic and terrible communication practices by staff and the doctor. Unreliable especially when trying to find out if COPD is a now a cancer concern.

I had a scheduled phone Appointment with this Dr. He was a half hour late, questioned him about it and he tried to lecture me about me not being his only patient, tried to come off as he is more important than I was. we ranted back and forth, he then hung up on me. Very non professional. BTW is Med school in the Caribbean a real school?

He diagnosed me with having a rare blood disorder that attacks 1 in 10000 people he and Dr schroder saved my life I been attack free for almost 2 years. Thanks doc you gave me my life back. Teri ( your three month patient).
