Brooklyn, NY |
I left this office confused & frustrated over a broken bone. No one in the office seemed to communicate with each other - or explain anything clearly to me. I literally had to walk around the office rounding up people who had talked to me to get an idea of what I should do, be concerned about etc... 30 minutes after leaving the office I booked an appointment with a different hand surgeon. Save yourself the trouble & skip this office.

We went to see Dr. Lenzo due to diagnosed wrist fracture and wish for a second opinion.Dr. Lenzo took xrays and also diagnosed a broken elbow. He did not perform any examination at all, spent only minutes with us and said he wouldn't do anything about these fractures dispite my attempt to ask about surgery which was recommended by another MD. We left with a see you in three weeks. I've been trying to get copies of the Xrays and report for two weeks, The office is chaotic and unresponsive
