My problem is not with Dr Banarer it's his staff. I just needed blood drawn. I did not know I needed an appointment.never fid before. I asked the the young lady how long would it take she said I'll find out never came back to tell me anything. So eventually I left. I am never going visit that office again due to his staff.

I have gone to Dr. Banarer for more than 10 years. Being a nurse, I select the best. And that’s exactly what I did. He truly cares but he expects you to do your part of things and that’s what you should be doing. I have the utmost respect for this doctor because he sees you as quickly as possible, sends his own portal messages or calls, plus he’s pretty funny. The best part is when you are doing what you are supposed to do, you get that smile from him and it is obvious he is just as invested in your health as you are. Do you want to get better? Go to him! If you want someone to just listen to your excuses and not be invested, go to someone else.

I choose Dr Banarer when I searched Google looking for a Type2 Diabetic Specialist due to his comment about how they treat their patients. When I saw him today I felt like I was getting a doctor who cared about me and my condition and was truly a Specialist!! I felt comfortable and liked the fact that he took his time and was very through and his goal was to get my A1-C down into a normal range. I go back in 2 weeks. I am very satisfied and happy with Dr. Banarer.

Dr. Banarer is genuinely top-notch. When I was looking for an Endocrinologist, as usual, I vetted most of them in the DFW area for online reviews and professional history (a habit, since I'm a scientist). Dr. Banarer stood out in both respects and I now find that he is fantastic. He is a subject-matter expert, is current with latest medical approaches and research, is straightforward in his approach but simultaneously very good-natured. When I ask why he chooses a certain course of treatment he explains thoroughly. He knows his stuff. If extra time or care is needed, he personally attends to these. Not at all abrupt or dismissive. A confident gentleman who always has a smile and gives PRACTICAL advise. I'm very thankful that he is helping with my medical care. If you're looking for an Endocrinologist I strongly recommend Dr. Banarer.

Delay of about 40 minutes even though at 8:40 in the morning. Doctor was very professional and "cut to the chase". Give explicit instructions on how to proceed. Not the warmest doctor, but good enough. Wish we were given printed instructions when we left, as we get from many doctors today. Would like to see our lab values on MyHealthOne, as others of my doctors do.

Dr. Banarer is competent but his front staff, whoever answers the phone up front, is so rude. I have never experienced the level of such rudeness and incompetency like I have from his front staff. They really need retraining or he needs to hire people who are more empathetic and have better customer service and communication skills.
