I have never (in last 7 years) been treated by a clinical physician in such a way; where I wasn't intimidated by their wisdom and opinions; rather was empowered to understand and neutrally accept their advise on treatments which would better my health. Creating a "Positive Memorable Experience" for each life a physician touches could only be gained through right intent, willingness to empower along with a strong commitment to hospitality & genuine care. That is what I got from Dr. Akhtar.
