Dr. Jacob is amazing! My husband and I were trying to conceive as well as continue to carry a pregnancy. Dr. Jacob was extremely thorough in diagnosing my condition. Throughout the process of being diagnosed as well as being treated my husband and I felt extremely cared for by Dr. Jacob and Ashley. Ashley (Dr. Jacob’s office/billing manager) was absolutely fantastic. Due to my complications we had to do IVF. Through that process Ashley was so supportive. I always felt like she was there for me and willing to answer any question I had. Not only was she kind and supportive she was extremely knowledgeable. This helped keep me calm through a very stressful process. I cannot say how much better our experience was made by having both these wonderful people assisting us. Any time I talk to a friend who thinks they may have fertility complications I recommend Dr. Jacob and his team!

We can’t thank Dr. Jacob and his team enough for their nonstop hard work, dedication, and support during the emotional rollercoaster of fertility treatments. We are now the proud parents of 3 month old, happy and healthy boy/girl twins. Ashley and the rest of the team did an excellent job of keeping us smiling and staying positive during the entire experience. Dr Jacob, Jay, and Kevin (the embryologists) have excellent skills during egg retrieval’s and in the lab working to capture, grow and preserve our priceless embryos. I have worked alongside Dr. Jacob and seen both sides of the IVF process. His knowledge and work ethic is a big part of why we trusted them with our dream of having kids, and we are so glad we did.

I am not his patient but I am the Mother of one of his patients. I have went to every office visit with my Daughter. I was very impressed with how he took the time to explain and answer our questions. Very understanding and very supportive. Before my daughters egg retrieval they asked if she would like for them to pray. She did and said that was the most personable touch she could have experienced through a doctor. Thank you Doctor Jacobs and staff. Staff is wonderful.

Dr. Saji Jacob did my laparoscopic surgery this past November, he did a great/Thorough job! It was an intense surgery, I have stage 4 endometriosis, an endo mass was removed and my fallopian tubes were removed. My recovery went smooth and the recovery was a breeze compared to my surgeries in the past. The staff at his office are super professional and friendly! I will start the process of harvesting eggs in January and all my future appointments are made!

I recently had a procedure done with Dr. Jacob and because of the type of procedure I was very nervous about the procedure as well as post procedure affects. Dr. Jacob was very professional in explaining the procedure along with the expected results which so far all have been correct, my procedure went well and my recovery was really good. Additionally, I want to say he has an awesome team Ashley and Michelle did an awesome job coaching me during my recovery assuring me that everything was ok.

My wife and I used Dr. Jacob for surgery we would not recommend him. He is hateful, condescending and less than willing to answer questions. My wife also developed a post op infection. It also took him over 8 hours to call us back once we became concerned about infection. Due to it being a weekend we used the on call number. When he returned our phone call he didn’t ask any questions and told us everything was fine and not to worry. Our PCP was the one who helped us and got her infection under

Dr. Jabob and his staff "Ashley" are the best. If it wasnt for them i would have never gotten pregnant or had my daughter. Dr. Jacob finds the root cause of the problem and never does anything unnecessary or that isnt needed.

I strongly question Saji's credentials. His patient care and courtesy skills are non-existent. He was extremely arrogant and literally laughed when I mentioned wholistic based cures and preventive maintenance for uterine fibroids. During the consultation he was looking at his watch as is he was ready to go and I was wasting his time. After over a month, I had to finally call the office to request my lab results. Sensitivity and genuine concern are needed when addressing fertility matters.

Dr. Jacobs was recommended by my OBGYN I have Fibroids and needed to have them removed. His bed side manner is TERRIBLE, he laughed when telling him about possible alternative treatments after surgery and kept pushing IVF. Every visit I left angry and frustrated. I would NEVER recommend him to anyone, and his staff, except for the office manager change every visit.

Dr. Jacob bedside manners are the worst! Thank God I have a thick layer of skin. If you are considering going to him about endometriosis, DON'T! I have stage I endo and was on lupron that did not help my pain. Therefore, I went to him for a second opinion to see what I should do next. He told me at the age of 26 to just get pregnant now because my endo will get worst. He only discussed pregnancy treatments (I'm not infertile) instead of treating my endo. Go see Patrick Yeung - Endo specialist.

We went through a full IVF cycle. I produced a lot of eggs but not the best quality. On retrieval day, my body was weak, ovaries were HUGE, I was barely functioning. On implant day, I could barely walk into the office. He offered to wait but I wanted to implant. I should have never been allowed to make that decision. I almost died in the hospital a day later from severe OHSS. I had no idea how bad the situation really was until I recently started seeing a new physician.

Dr Saji and his staff were amazing! They show a genuine concern regarding their patients health. They make you feel like family the minute you walk into the office door. I suffered a few years with fibroids and endometriosis. Dr Saji performed my Robotic surgery on 11/08/16. I was discharged the next day without any pain or major scarring. I have 4 small incisions. It's only been 8 days since my surgery and I feel better than ever! On a scale of 1 to 5, I give you a 10!

If I could give Dr. Jacob 10 stars, I would. From my very first appointment I knew I was in good hands. Dr. Jacob was very candid and also encouraging. He helped my husband and I fulfill our dream to have a family. We now have a beautiful daughter. It was a long road but it was a great experience working with Dr. Jacob and his excellent staff.

Thanks to Dr. Jacob and his nurses at the time, we were blessed with our now 2 month old son. My husband and I are ready to try again. Unfortunately, the nurses who got us through such an emotional process are no longer there. Dr. Jacobs bedside manner can use some work, but the turnover rate is absurd. The office manager and new staff is unfriendly and incompetent. The environment there is no longer the same without Allie and Emma, we will not be returning.
