There are some great things and some room for improvement. The office is absolutely beautiful - with an attached outpatient surgery center that is even equipped with Netflix if you are able to enjoy it post-procedure. The staff is friendly and knowledgable-especially the surgical Nurses. The Medical Assistant was easy to contact with questions/problems and quick to f/u. For a Specialist, the wait was long - 45mins. The chairs are not great for anyone with back/neck problems, and there is almost no room to walk around. So a double whammy if you need to alternate sitting/standing due to the wait. Some irony for a spinal center. Appts feel rushed. I had a post-surgical concern and I was told "Well, you just had surgery.". It was patronizing and unhelpful. I knew I was on my own regarding that problem. Surgical skills seem technically proficient. The motto is "We treat you like family". Maybe in-laws or step-children. But still family.

This is by far the least professional, inhumane group of individuals who have no intelligence and 0 clinical skills. Beverly B., in particular, has floored me with her level of disrespect and inability to accomplish anything. I will never return simply because she cannot control her business office. She is a lazy evil woman and I am being as diplomatic as humanly possible. I will not expound upon her backwards beliefs. degradation of others, lies and selfishness

I came from NC to GA to have surgery. I had extreme leg and back pain before Dr. Elshihabi performed surgery. I am now able to shower for the first time in 5 years with no pain. Pain in leg is 100% gone. Back is 90-95% better as it is still healing. Highly recommended!

Dr. Elshihabi was kind enough to meet with me over FaceTime during the COVID-19 stay-at-home time period. I was under immense pain and he was able to quickly meet with me, understand my symptoms, and assist in prescribing both immediate and near term solutions. Dr. Elshihabi was empathetic, easy to talk with, and extremely knowledgeable about my current situation. In addition, he made my first ever visit to the doctor through FaceTime a great success.

As a patient who suffered from years of neck pain, Dr. Elshabi, was the best surgeon for me. He was patient, kind and very thorough. Initially, I was reluctant to have the surgery but after a consultation with him and his team, I agreed. It was the best thing I could have done. I feel so blessed to have him as my neck surgeon.

Lots of surgeons lack the compulsion or the capacity for kindness. Dr Elshihabi is in a completely different category. Although I find it impossible to go into surgery without anxiety, my experiences with this kind and brilliant man afford me much more peace of mind than any other surgeon I've dealt with.

I highly recommend Dr. Elshihabi, I really believe he is a genius. I had been to several doctors who could not figure out what was wrong with me. He knew what was wrong with me right away, and fixed my back. He took time to answer my questions, he came to the hospital everyday to see me, even on Christmas! If you want a real caring top notch excellent surgeon, you will not find a better one than Dr. Elshihabi.
