After my first visit with Dr Haucheum she requested lab. Now it’s also been over 2 weeks and I have not received my results for my reports. Her medical assistant is very rude, unfriendly and and not helpful in finding our why.

I have seen her for a long time and it's like helping you to understand as a patient that if things change with labs that are now out of range, speak to the patient and explain what possiblities causes this and what to look at for with this change as far as symptoms as opposed to when the nurse calls me to give me just lab results because my tsh is out of range as I haven't had a thyroid in many years but have to see the Dr yearly to check my labs, she just says the Dr said were changing your dose and we will recheck in 3 months. No reasoning as to why its out of range the way it is, what to expect. It's not my job to google this info as the internet is not a right place. I am using my medical coverage on the Dr to inform me. She knows what things mean and if she doesn't share with the patient as we see her to understand changes in labs. We shouldn't be sitting there wondering what does this mean. Since she has moved locations to where she is now, I don't know this side of Dr Hachem.

Dr. Hachem seems like a great doctor when you go in for your initial appointment. However, the office staff at her office are very unfriendly and choose to ignore your phone calls. Also, they promised 3-5 days for my lab results to be back and it has now been over 2 weeks and I still have not heard anything even after calling the office multiple times. My primary care physician is now having to refer me to the Mayo Clinic to get my answers resolved. Do not waste your time at Wichita Diabetes and Endocrinology, it is worth waiting longer to get in at a different office.

Dr. Hachem is great with listening to any concerns I have and coming up with a solution to better my care. She has such great patience and really cares about her patients. She listens, and does not rush you through your appointment time. She genuinely cares about her patience's. I have always been pleased and satisfied with her care for me. Always polite, and allows her humor to come out from time to time, which in my opinion is great. Would definitely recommend her to other people.

I was initially referred to this clinic by my family Dr. in Garden City. The Dr. I was first seeing has since retired and I have been seeing Dr. Hachem for approximately 3 years. She is very thorough in reviewing my lab results and always answers any questions that I may have.

Dr Hachem takes the time to listen to her patients and explain and answer questions. I like the online patient portal where I can go and e-mail non-urgent questions and schedule appointments. I always receive a response that day, unless I send it after hours.

I have been a patient of Dr. Hachem's for almost 2 years now. She listens, is patient and for me is willing to try different approaches to see how my thyroid reacts. My body has been stable now for more than a year, unlike the results I got from my previous endocrinologist. She is intelligent and caring.

She listens! That is so very important in a doctor. I have a lot of health issues some are very rare. I am hard to treat. If she does not know she studies, researches, or talks to someone who does. The nurses are great. This doc, you can put your life in her hands.

I have several doctors for each particular thing I have going on right now in my health life, and I can say with all honesty and sincerity that none of them compare to Dr. Hachem. She is absolutely a good doctor......but somehow she is so personable that I really enjoy getting to see her when I go. She is a lovely person and to me, not just a doctor but a friend. I would definitely recommend her to others and have done just that, many times!

I have never left a review for a Doctor before but my experience with her was the absolute worst. She barley acknowledged me, spoke to my husband as I sat on the exam bed, we had a lot of questions, she wouldn't answer us or she would deter from answering, she was just awful! I was in desperate need of her medical attention for Hashimotes Disease and she could care less! I will never ever go back to her. She doesn't even get 1 star from me!
