Our experience with Dr Bazargan was worth the wait. Her staff takes the time to go over you complete history before you see the Doctor which takes time. When Dr. Bazargan comes in to meet you she goes over your history with you. Very impressed with her explanation of what could cause these problems. Very compassionate and very easy to talk to. Explains what's good for you and how to improve your condition. Also has a great sense of humor. Remember patience is everything in life. Loved her right away.

Dr. Bazargan has a very busy practice, because shes one of the best in her field. She is not only knowledgeable, but compassionate. She doesn't want her patients to feel like a "number." What people need to understand is that Neurology is a complex form of medicine, so bringing you in and slapping a band-aid on your problem is not beneficial. They come to her because don't want that, so they must be content to wait. For those who have time constraints, best to schedule appointments on your day off. Otherwise the alternative is to be seen elsewhere and treated like cattle in a herd, or band-aid medicine. Your choice, but you deserve better!

I have never seen such a disorganized office....the wait times are anywhere from 4-12 hours. That's right, I said 12 HOURS. I have come in for appointments and ALL the other patients in the waiting room are already irritated. They sometimes leave because they have to get kids from daycare before closing and ask if they can see the MD before they leave, because they have already waited 3-4 hours. NOPE. There is a huge mix of pain management pts, and neuro patients. Office hours start at 8, sometimes Dr. Bazargan comes in at 10. Staff told me its because she likes to check on her patients, but she has no admitting privileges to any hospitals. She is very sweet, but that certainly doesn't make up for a horrendously run office. They rarely return calls, and it can take 6-8 weeks of calling to get through to someone to actually book you an appointment. I have never seen such awful customer service, and you can hear the receptionist talking about patients from behind the glass window.

She's amazing! The care and compassion she has for her patients is phenomenal. I've never had another Dr treat me as well as she has. She takes a personal interest and treats us as friends not as a means to make money.

Horrible. Dr Bazargan is a nice woman but my young daughter had to wait four hours for her appointment and she showed up on time. Now, the doctor ordered an EEG and we just got a huge bill that she ordered through an out-of-service provider. I can't reach them or Dr. Bazargan. I'm shocked she would order something--that she insisted we have--without ensuring it was covered with my insurance that pays 100% for in-service work. Now we have the illness and this disaster to deal with.

Dr Barargan is a great doctor. I must admit that the wait was long. However, when it was your time, she gave you her divided attention. I brought in my MRI disks for my brain and neck/back scan and she took the time to fully explain my issue. She ensured I was comfortable with my treatment plan and medications. The office staff was very nice and professional. One of the staff is a pre-medical student and very knowledgeable. Overall I’m happy with Dr. Bazargan and her team.

She only works Wed & Fri mornings, so it's difficult to get an appointment. Then the staff wants your full social security number. They say it's because sometimes the insurance doesn't go thru with the member ID. In these days and times, with all the identify theft, they need to get a better way of dealing with insurance. Very disappointed because I really need a good neuro.

I have being a patient with Dr. Bazargan since 2003.I would recommend Dr. Bazargan to anyone and will trust her with the care of all her expertise in her Medical knowledge. Time spend with Dr. Bazargan is well worth it. From the time you have to wait to see her, till the time you get to actually have the encounter with her. These past 14 yrs, all I have got from her is Prime, First Class Care. These days, you, no longer get this kind of care from Physicians. Her involvement is more than 100%.

Staff was rude and very unprofessional. There was a dog in the office (even more unprofessional) I cancelled my appointment will sitting in the lobby. I was there for a second opinion concerning my migraines and I was treated like a pain management patient.

I have been a patient of Dr. Bazargan for several years and she has always taken the time needed to listen to me and find the answer to my problem. Dr. Bazargan and her staff work very close with her patients. She has strict rules regarding meds, appointments or anything else that may cause concerns. I would recommend her to anybody that wants a caring, understanding doctor.
