Fantastic surgeon, great team! I only wish I had found this group 10 years ago! Truly amazing, who ever heard of feeling well enough to walk out of the hospital after major surgery. Every single person, from dr to office staff, wonderful! 4 months since surgery following diet and exercise feeling great, weight dropping, able to do so much more.......can't wait for the future ??

Dr. Ghiassi completed his general surgery training at the Mount Sinai Hospital in New York City, where he served as the administrative chief resident and was awarded the prestigious Alfred H. Aufses, Sr. Award in Surgery. He completed a fellowship in minimally invasive and bariatric surgery at Stanford University School of Medicine,where he conducted research on how bariatric surgery can dramatically reduce lifelong costs for those with diabetes and hypertension.
