Dr. Pizinger replaced my left hip in August 2016. He and his staff did a phenomenal job. Four years later I'm grateful for the work that was done.

I was having horrible hip and back pain. I called and Jackie fit me in on Monday. The staff at the front desk were very nice and friendly and very helpful. Karshena, Ashley, Janice, the girls who did my xrays, and my injection were awesome! Jackie is the best!! My hip feels better after the injection now we need to work on the back! A big THANK YOU to ALL!! I would definitely recommend Dr. Pizinger, Jackie, and their whole staff!!!

My surgery with Dr. Pizinger was a great success. I highly recommend him! The office staff on the other hand...HORRIBLE! Every support person in this office from the front desk to the nurses are rude and condescending. Whether in person or on the phone, you're made to feel like they're doing you a great honor by allowing you to be seen at their office. I've been to 2 of their offices and it's always the same. They are honestly so rude it would almost be comical if it weren't so insulting.

I had a 2:10 appointment a week ago. I got into the examining room at 2:30. I did not see this doctor until 4:10. I needed another appointment and asked the person at the desk why that day's visit had been so disgustingly long. She told me that the doctor wants to spend time with patients. Fine, but is it professional to keep a person in an examining room for 100 MINUTES. If next time isn't better than this last wait, I'll be taking my business elsewhere. Faucet in bathroom did not work.
