NEVER!. Had several seizures weeks ago, Made an appointment at Mischer Neuroscience with Ryan McDonald 3 weeks, 1 EEG, MRI and many inquiry calls later still no response. Was told his m.a. " doesn't have voicemail" then was put through another time. Asked for e-mail was told "we don't give out e-mail addresses, she's off til Monday". This person was adamant and told me not to call with a different question each time. Email would have enabled inclusion of all questions, privacy intact.

Dr quickly dismissed me after 2 short visits & refused to see me again after I told him I suspected Lyme disease. Apprx 5 months later, when I can barely walk , talk, breathe, and literally feel like I'm going to die, I test positive for the disease. Also shared w other Drs that he thought it was all my head making others doubt me too despite seeing me in the hospital w half my face drooping from facial palsy. Had he listened, ran the test, & treated; he could have saved me yrs of agony & exp.
