I HIGHLY recommend Dr. Crenshaw to help you with all of your gastroenterology problems. From the initial phone call to schedule my colonoscopy, I was clearly walked through all details regarding insurance, pre-op exam, preparation, and follow-up by his GREAT staff and personal assistant! Professional, knowledgeable and just a nice man, Dr. Crenshaw made the entire procedure "painless" and easy! I am so grateful to have found Dr. Crenshaw and will only see him for future related procedures.

I first met Dr. Crenshaw in the ER as he was called in to perform an emergency endoscopy on me. I feel very fortunate that I met Dr. Crenshaw that evening, and have been in his care ever since. If you are in need of a gastroenterologist, I highly recommend you meet with him. You'll know as soon as you meet him that he will work tirelessly to get to the root cause of whatever it is that you are dealing with. I trust him and respect his work, and would recommend him to anyone that I know.

Dr, Crenshaw as proven to me to be an excellent Doctor, I highly recommend him. I am a recovering cancer patient, GIST survivor, over 7 years cancer free, and Doctor Crenshaw was one of the Doctors credited for saving my life. How can I rate him any higher, he pays attention to detail, follows through with his patients and above all is thorough and knows his field. One of the best Doctors I ever had.

I like Dr. Crenshaw he's very knowledgeable, very professional and very responsive. His assistant Sherry is wonderful and so is the rest of the staff, my situation was exceptional as a 24 year old with IBD UC but he's walking me through it and anytime I've called I've been able to get through and get what I needed to get taken care of.

Several issues ranging from multiple clerical issues (sending prescription to the wrong pharmacy, then sending it under the wrong birthdate/ name) to a lack of engagement and followup during a colonoscopy. I didn't see the doctor till I was being put under, and didn't see him when I woke up. I called the night of my colonoscopy after I contracted a fever, and felt terrible. I didn't get a followup call from the office to see how I was or to discuss results. Too many issues to overlook.

Dr. Crenshaw is an incredible doctor. I have been seeing him for the past 3 years and wouldn't ever think that anyone else in the field could do what he has done for me. He takes his time, explains everything from a medical standpoint into something that makes sense to me, and is relentless in making me better. I have been a GERD/Acid Reflux sufferer for years before seeing Dr. Crenshaw. He has really helped fix my problem. I would recommend him to anyone and everyone looking for a doctor.

After many colonoscopys, I received a mass mailing letter from Dr. Crenshaw's office that I am being dropped because I am on Medicare. Most individuals receiving colonscopys are 50 or over. So can't count on him going into your retirement. I feel betrayed that I now have to find another doctor.
