I had a fantastic surgery outcome. To be honest it was combined with great physical therapy from Howard Head Sports Medicine and Mike Granzin in Vail. I recovered with full range of motion. Dr. Carr and his staff Angel and Jason were very caring and took the time to explain everything, I never felt rushed when communicating with them. Shoulder surgery recovery is a long and difficult process, I am glad that Dr. Carr was my doctor.

I had a poor result from what should have been a simple procedure. I called the office and asked to talk to the doctor and was referred to his medical assistant who was not available. I left a message. I did not hear from anyone in the office and called again after two days. The receptionist told me she would send my message again. I waited 2 more days. I called a 3rd time and got the same response - nothing. After 8 days the medical assistant called. By then I had found another provider

I've seen Dr. Carr twice for intense shoulder pain. He takes the time to listen, is conservative with his treatment and has helped me immensely. I really like him.
