My experience with Dr. Breland and his staff has been the best. The doctor was caring and concern about my conditions and recovered. He listening to any questions and answered them. He made sure that my office visit was a smooth transaction in and out. The staff and office environment were friendly and very polite. My family and I thank you for all the excellent and medical care you provide. Thank you again.

Trussville, AL |
Very very horrible physician my husband sustained an ankle injury at work and was sent to see this quack of a so called doctor, he maybe spent 1 minute with us both times we have seen him bc he kept saying he needed to spend more time with the computer than his patients, he did absolutely nothing for him but cause more pain and send him to another doctor.
in Troy, AL |
Dr. Breland could not have been any nicer. He was vey professional and explained everything in detail. He took the time to show the pictures of the scans to my husband before and after his hip surgery and explained everything to us. He always had a smile and wanted to make sure his patient was being taken care of after hip surgery. We highly recommend Dr. Breland.
in Dothan, AL |
Dr. Breland was very helpful and informative. He answered all my questions and spent time making sure I understood his answers. I have already spoken very highly of him to friends.

Had knee surgery in early February of this year for a torn meniscus and arthritis on left side of knee and under kneecap and it is now early May. Am now completely pain free! Real life changer. Doctor Breland did an excellent job explaining everything too.
Atlanta, GA |
I was referred to Southern Bone & Joint after falling on a Saturday night. I was able to get an appointment the following Monday, but it was a waste of time & money. No additional X-rays were done. Dr Breland maybe spent one minute with me & barely examined my foot issue. He said it was sprained... Three painful weeks later I was able to be seen at the Hughston Clinic in the Dothan office. They took more X-rays, and were very attentive to my problem. After my exam, they showed me my fracture.
in Enterprise, AL |
Have had 3 appointments - initial for chronic left knee pain. Most recently injured my right knee in April and was seen within 3 days. Yesterday had a follow up appointment. Appears competent, respectful and helpful. I have seen improvement in both knees.
