Dr. Ruth K. Anderson attended medical school at the University of Texas Southwestern Medical Center at Dallas where she graduated in the top 10% of her class. She completed her fellowship in pain management at the University of Chicago. Dr. Ruth has over 25 years of experience in fitness and nutrition. Exercise, health and wellness have not only been her vocation but also her passion. She wrote GET MOVING! Live Better, Live Longer – a medically based guide on how to use exercise to combat disease. Dr. Anderson is a Diplomat of the American Board of Pain Management and Anesthesiology.
