He understands the illnesses and injuries common to the great southwest. Before attending the University of Oklahoma State University College of Osteopathic Medicine and Surgery, where he received his medical diploma, Dr. Phillips attended undergraduate studies at Oklahoma State University in Stillwater. Dr. Phillips is Board Certified in Family Practice by the American Osteopathic Board of Family Practice (AOBFP).
