Dr. Nelligan is always right on top of things. I had scar tissue from having cataract surgery. He saw it and immediately sent me to a retina specialist. So I'm really happy with Dr nelligan and I do recommend him to anyone who asks

Thank you for the recommendation. Patient word-of-mouth matters far more than any ad we put in the neighborhood papers.

A little quiet at first makes Dr appear stand-offish. However, at all visits he is thorough, answers as many questions as I have, is always professional. After first visit, I found he had a nice personality, and, a sense of humor.
