I had a shoulder injection this visit. Dr. Gilchrist explains what he will be doing or is doing throughout the procedure. The Dr. and staff work very well together and these visits go very smoothly and quickly. Any questions are always answered. At the regular office visits Dr. Gilchrist has always listened to any questions I have and gives answers that I understand and always explains what he plans to do. Dr. Gilchrist is very conscientious to treat my pain adequately while keeping doses at a minimum so I won’t have dependence issues. I feel very fortunate to have Dr. Gilchrist as my provider. The staff at this office is caring and both front desk and check out are staffed well with competent workers and there is seldom a wait at either. The person making procedure appointments or scheduling other tests has always made those appointments soon and at a convenient time for my schedule.

The doctor was somewhat short almost as I was beneath him, did not ask give me if I had questions but this is the way our health care system has gotten to be. 22 years serving my country 10 years as a professional firefighter/medic and people that are trained to help you have learned to make you feel inadequate almost as you are a waste of their time

Was very easy to get in and out of the office. CDC procedures were followed. Felt very safe while there. Dr. Gilcrest is a very personable and easy to talk to about your visit. He is very interested in finding and giving you all the options for you and your treatment. Goes over all the pros and cons and leaves the choices to you. I would highly recommend him to my family and friends. My mother went to him and was always very complimentary of how he treated her and she had a lot of nice things to say about him. I trust his judgement and have not been disappointed with any of treatments that I have gotten from him.
