Known throughout the Valley and beyond as a premier sports medicine specialist, Dr. Chick treats adolescent and adult sports injuries including knee, shoulder, hip, elbow and hand injuries, as well as ligament tears. He is a graduate of the University of Arizona School of Medicine and completed his orthopaedic surgery residency at the University of California Irvine Medical Center and his orthopaedic sports medicine fellowship at Kerlan-Jobe Orthopaedic Clinic in Los Angeles, Calif. Dr. Chick served as the Head Team Physician/Orthopaedic Surgeon for the Arizona Cardinals for 17 years and remains a sports medicine consultant to many local colleges, universities and high schools. In his free time, Dr. Chick enjoys spending time with family and playing golf. An avid runner, he has completed the Rock and Roll Marathon among other events. Dr. Chick is a member of the Phoenix Thunderbirds and has served as the medical chairman for the FBR Open (now known as the Waste Management Phoenix Open).
