I broke my elbow badly last summer and had my last appointment with Dr. K on Monday. It was a difficult break but he put me back together and his PT, Tim, helped me with my mobility. It was an arduous few months, but I was able to take an e-bike trip to Europe in early October with no problems. I did have my hardware removed 2 weeks ago and feel good as new. Dr. K fit me right in after my accident and felt all concerns were addressed in a timely manner.

Dr. K is awesome! I was scared to go under the knife for my shoulder, but he made me feel confident and comfortable with the decision. He is very caring and listens to every concern. He tries conservative treatment first, instead of recommending surgery first. Unfortunately conservative care didn’t work for me. I’m 4 months post op and doing great... hoping to be back to 100% at my follow up in a few weeks!

I had a wonderful experience working with Dr. Kovachevich and Hand Surgery Associates. As a pianist, I panicked when I was diagnosed with Cubital Tunnel Syndrome. Dr. K gave me honest advice, and with some physical therapy treatment from Babette Lobban, I was able to play agian. Dr. K also performed a successful trigger finger surgery for my mother. You can trust that HSA will provide you with the best care and honest advice.

I had pain and a lump in my wrist .I was quickly ushered in to have X-rays. Then Dr K showed me it looked like arthritis. Good: fast appointment, shot was offered for faster relief Bad: Didn’t ask if I had questions nor give ANY follow up info other than check back in a month. He ran out after treatment didn’t return. Assistant gave me a choice of hand braces but no info on wearing etc. Will probably cost hundreds of dollars for less than 10 minutes with Dr. and no information.

Dr. Kovachevich recommended physical therapy for my shoulder, and I am improving slowly. Dr. K. Is a good listener and I appreciate his not rushing me into surgery. If he tells me I need it though, I would trust his decision. I have used Hand Surgery Associates for over 20 years. I have always received excellent care. I would not go anywhere else.

Dr Kovachevich is amazing. He addressed my problem and took care of what needed to be done the same day. Very easy to talk to and makes sure he answered all questions I had. I hate going to the doctors like most people do, but Dr Kovachevich makes it so much better than any other doctors visits Ive had in the past. Very prompt and I was in and out. I would highly recommend this doctor! His assistants are also very helpful and friendly.

I can’t say enough good things about Dr. K and his staff. The man reattached my bicep to my forearm and helped me recover. I’m four months out and back in the gym. I’m still recovering strength, but well on my way.
