Stay away.
I had stage 1 uterine cancer isolated to my uterus. I understand removing lymph nodes but she removed 23. I’ve had lymphedema for four years in my right leg. Why didn’t I have this explained and to wear compression stockings after surgery. She also gave me estrogen cream for vaginal dryness and told me to stay away from laser treatment. I believe the estrogen I was using for years caused my cancer. My obgyn knows her and was shocked she said that. She also said there is no test for cancer like a cervical Pap test. YES THERE IS- My obgyn gave me a vaginal cuff test. She’s condescending also.

Dr. Garg was excellent. She was referred by my gynecologist. As per my gynecologist, Dr. Garg has reviewed my condition even before i became her patient and provided advise to my gynecologist. Once we decided a hysterectomy procedure is required, I was concerned with some of negative comments online. But after my first meeting with Dr. Garg, i was very happy. She spent time with me to explain the procedures with various options and provided very precise recommendation. She answered all my questions/concerns in a simple easy way for me to understand. We had met for per-operation, at the day of operation, and post operation. She consistently demonstrated her professional knowledge and years of experience in ease of my concerns. I have to agree with my Gastroenterologist who told me that I would not find a better Gynecologic Oncology than Dr. Garg. I strongly recommend Dr. Suchi Garg.

Doctor Ruchi Garg has a rushed bedside manner and it is difficult to obtain a follow-up appointment when there is a problem. In my case she was too busy to see me and told me to contact my primary care doc. when I had a question following my operation. It appears the Doctor is too busy to care about her patients once the surgery is done and she is paid. She provided good service in the operating room, but I cannot not recommend her because of the post-op problems. For example when I called her "on call" associate I was told to call the office which has a voicemail box that is continuously full. Not an acceptable business when the patient is bleeding. She was not gentle when doing the exam and you will have to wait weeks to see her to schedule surgery and postoperative follow-up.

I’ve been seeing Dr Garg (or her nurse assistant) for nearly 5 years and she’s fantastic! Dr Garg is very knowledgeable in her specialty and will go out of her way to answer all my questions, including calling me at home in the evening. Although the actual physical exams can be very short, she has always taken my concerns seriously and spends time explaining things. Her new location on Innovation Park Drive is beautiful, clean, and has lots of parking nearby. Highly recommended.

I was referred to Dr. Garg's office for a case of endometrial cancer. As a new patient, one is not able to talk to a human being at the office when scheduling. The terse voicemail request is to leave a message and ensure all the information is correct, otherwise a call may not be returned. The voicemail is the first negative impression. The 2nd issue is that after days of having left a message, the office does not reply to the request for a time. I understand that Dr. Garg has a positive rep

Her incompetent, rude staff, her terrible bedside manner and the disorganized way the practice is run is shameful. I was treated terribly. ALL SHE CARES ABOUT IS MONEY. I am bleeding profusely after surgery and no one in the office can see me for 6 weeks. My health is at risk and I am going to call my attorney. She should lose her license. Worst recommendation of my entire life.

From start to finish I was treated terribly. The staff is incompetent and unprofessional and made many mistakes. I concur with the other reviewers who said she only cared about money. I felt like cattle before and after surgery. I am bleeding after surgery and cannot get an appointment for 6 wks. DO NOT GO TO HER NO MATTER WHAT. I am calling an attorney and plan to sue. My health is on the line.

Dr Garg is an excellent doctor, who cares about her patients. However, the current nurse practitioners abilities are questionable. With regards to the provider explaining medical conditions, listening and answering questions; Dr. Garg is fantastic, but the nurse practitioner doesn't. This rating and the rating below is based on Dr. Garg, the rating would be lower (poor) for the nurse practitioner.

The only reason there is two stars is because the initial procedure went well. When it came to my 6month check up they rescheduled it twice and then proceeded to call me and let me know that Dr. Garg will not be seeing me but that I will be seeing the nurse instead. Poor patient care. The procedure was a big scary deal for me and I have been anxiously awaiting my 6month check up. Clearly she doesn't care about her patients as soon as she has collected their money. I would not recommend her!

The experience was terrible and extremely bad . All what she cares about is money . I do not recommend her to anybody. Also , her staff are the rudest I ever seen . Specially the receptionists( not all of them to be honest) . This doctor just to want is making surgeries and do not recommend what is better for you and what you should do , she just consider you as a customer to gain money from .......
