Dr. Portnoy is one of the best doctors I have been to. He listens without judgement and cares about his patients. He took the time to explain all of my options regarding my treatment and is incredibly knowledgeable. Finding a good a psychiatrist in NYC that takes insurance is next to impossible. I'm so happy to have found Dr. Portnoy.
