May be problematic for BIPOC community.
VERY old school. His nurse is absolutely delightful, but I lost all confidence in him when he mentioned that he thought my school was half "oriental females"!! Probably capable, but not the best fit for people of color.

Dr Roy Smith is a very good doctor I would highly recommend him to anyone needing orthopedics . He operated on me 2 times a total knee replacement which works great and a total hip replacement which I had 3 months ago it is doing great. Dr. Smith is a very friendly and compassionate doctor he explains what can happen during surgery and explains what will happen after surgery he is very good at answering your question without hesitation .

Dr. Smith is the closest you can get to a perfect doctor. I have been seeing him for app. 5 years for bad knees and he has maintained my problems with injections and medications to eliminate a knee replacement for now. That per my request! He and his nurse, Linda make you feel like family. He doesn't rush you during your visits and insures that you feel totally comfortable when you leave his office.

Dr. Smith performed a knee replacement and I could not have been happier with my outcome. He was clear and direct when he answered my questions and his wry humor made me feel very comfortable. If I were to need other surgery for anything in his specialties, I would want him to be my surgeon. I am very thankful for his skill.
