I really like Dr. Jackal and his entire staff. Moved here from Iowa and he really embraced my history. All I needed was continuing care and I feel I'm getting that. I appreciate that I wasn't judged or made to feel crazy. I highly recommended the neurological group!

Sent to this dr for long-suffering vertigo & headaches. A minute into our speaking, he started looking at the clock. His reflections back in response to my headache issues were consistently incorrect. He wasn't listening to me. His vertigo exam was generic & did not match my symptoms nor causes of onset. He prescribed medication for my headaches which did not help at all. He did nothing for my vertigo except to tell me to do eye exercises, which if they worked would've cured me 9 yrs ago.

Asked for refill of a medication that expired over a year ago. I am not an addict, just a sufferer from migraines. Called the Sellerstown office over a week ago, asked if they needed to see me to renew prescription. They said call CVS, which I did, and they said they needed approval from doc who prescribed the med. I called and the receptionist said "no problem." Well, pharmacy texted me today to say that doc would not approve. Are you kidding me? I am a migraine sufferer since I was 11 ye

The receptionists are extremely RUDE!! Every time I visit they give you absolutely NO eye contact, they talk down to you, and God forbid if you need to cancel because you just found out your pregnant, they hang up on you with out even ending the conversation appropriately. They are miserable and very unfriendly. I will not be returning to this office.
