I saw Dr. Carls for a knee problem I was so impressed with the process from start to finish. He explained everything that was going on and gave me options. His staff was very helpful and so kind. They seem like a little family. I tell all of my friends about this place !

I have been a patient of Dr Carls for the past 7 years I have recommended him to all of my friends and family. He is an excellent and compassionate surgeon. The office staff is top notch they always go above and beyond what is needed and expected. I work in the healthcare community and have dealt with many physicians and staff I have to say this office is one of the best !
in MD |
I contacted the office about a problem with a shoulder surgery. I spoke with an assistant. I asked my question about the shoulder. I was told she would contact the doctor and call me back by the end of that day. I was never called back. I called their office the next day. the office manager said she never said anything about calling me back. then called me a liar. 3 people heard her on speaker. I then hung up. we will pursue this with the proper authorities. and the local news media!
