Best surgeon in america
When the day pf the surgery came, Dr Wodicka came into the room to see me before just to make sure I was completely comfortable, and that really elevated any doubts or concerns I previously had. The surgery went perfectly well, even right after the surgery I was able to go use the bathroom on crutches. Throughout the entire recovery process, him and his team were constantly checking up on me, making sure I was in physical therapy and just really showing me, they still cared and addressed any questions and concerns even after the actual job of my surgery was done which they really did not have to but ill be forever grateful they did. My surgery was back on October 21, 2020, and since than I have been able to go snowboarding in Colorado, hiking throughout Florida and California, and currently I am rock climbing 3-5 times a week. There really is no words I can say that can round out exactly how grateful I am to Dr. Wodicka, he truly gave me my life back.

Shoulder (Rotator Cuff Tear)
I’m extremely pleased with my appointments with Dr. Wodicka. The examination and explanation process have been very thorough. After being X-rayed and had an MRI, it was determined I will need surgery. I’m looking forward to having a pain free shoulder. Highly recommend Dr. Wodicka!

I could not have been more pleased with my initial appointment with Dr. Wodicka ! He examined my shoulder and then had it X-Rayed then he explained the extent of the problem. He patiently and fully presented the available treatment options. He also responded, in great detail, to all my questions and concerns. He formulated a treatment plan and made a referral for physical therapy. A follow-up appointment was scheduled, for the end of June, prior to my month visit, to France, to see my grandson, and determine if a Cortisone was warranted. Again, I was totally pleased and elated by my initial contact with Dr. Wodicka which clearly exceeded any of my expectations!

Two New Parts.
This last visit was 5-6 months after reverse, total replacement of my right shoulder on September 24th. Dr. Wodicka also did a total replacement of my left shoulder on May 15. I haven't been able to raise my shoulders above shoulder height for over 35 years. Now, I pick up stuff from the top shelve because it's there... Thank you Dr. W and everyone around you in that office.

I suffered a bad fall down some steps last year. I was in constant pain after the fall and saw 2 other orthos, one in holy cross the other in memorial health system. They told me to rest and wait that i hurt a muscle. They treated me with shots and pain pills. Temporary relief of a few hours. I didn't have a torn muscle i had a big shard of bone tearing into my cartilage. Dr. Wodicka was the only one who would help and actually listened to me as a person. 5 months out from surgery (that i was told twice i didn't need!) I'm now almost 100%recovered and i avoided a hip replacement at age 38. Had I listened to the other orthos, Dr Frank and Dr. Leon, I'd have been damaged irreparably. Listen to your body and find a Dr that listens to you. We need more doctors like Dr. Wodicka that listen to the patient and not other doctors opinions before even reviewing the chart.Thank you Dr. Wodicka for your empathy and healing hands, you are a hero to me.
