Excellent doctor. Would recommend him to friends and family. Definitely knows how to read EEGs, but he's not a veterinarian.

My experience with this doctor was extremely disappointing. I am 33 years old, and I've seen neurologists since I was 7 years old. During my life I had excellent doctors, and Dr. Pender is not among them. I would not trust him to treat anyone suffering from epilepsy. My impression is he is unable to listen whatever was explained, unable to read correctly the presented EEG, and the worst of all, extremely rude. I would not recommend him even to treat a dog.
