Please do not see this lady. She acts as if she cares and if you call her because of problems with your meds, she says it is your fault. I went to her from a different psychiatrist because mine retired and I lasted a month with her until she told me last minute “she could not prescribe me what my other doctor did” and I have been on the same med schedule for 8 years. Stay away. Very disrespectful and truly, rude. No compassion at all.

I am very pleased to have Dr. Yu-Chin as my Psychiatrist. I find her to be caring enough to listen and ask questions and to give feed back which is unusual. She spends time with you and discusses possible solutions.

Best available help in Southbury. Cares about people, is genuine and knows her professional responsibilities well.

Brought my daughter in and she seems attentive to her needs until my daughter had a crisis. The Dr informed my she could no longer treat my daughter that night when I called for assistance. Devastated.
