Got an appointment scheduled within a week of calling which was followed by an upper and lower endoscopy and 2 MRI’s along with a follow-up visit all occurring in the time it would’ve taken for me to get my first appointment with my previous GI. Dr. Cesar called me as late at 8pm to fill me in on test results go over a treatment plan and discuss further testing. Office staff is always kind and understanding.

After lying hungry, cold, and in pain for over an hour fully prepped and awaiting my procedure, I heard Dr. Cesar's distinct voice put another patient ahead of me who had just been prepped, forcing me to wait another 2 1/2 hours for my turn. When she finally came to see me, without introducing herself, she said that I "lost" my appointment turn because I was late. I had actually arrived 15 minutes early, but was held up, checking in. Appalling behavior. I was treated as less than a person.
