Lack of professionalism. Will use scare tactics to get his points across. Does not recall or use notes to see the facts of your case which may result in the wrong advice. If you have cancer, it is difficult enough. Find someone that is stable, focused on your care and inspires hope in his visits.

Dr. Rakkhit was so nice and assured me that he could help me. He understood my issues and could explain what is wrong with me better than I could. He answered all of my questions and checked for understanding. I know in my gut that he is going to help me and I'm so excited that I found him. I actually started crying because I have been to other doctors and none could help me. Dr. Rakkhit didn't rush but he sat and you could tell he is highly concerned about his patients. I highly recommend him.

Dr. Rakkhit was very attentive and exhibited great passion for his field, along with a great smile. He didn't seem rushed and was very detailed in his explanations to us. His assistant was taking notes all while he and we talked to free up the doctor's time with us. We could not have been more pleased with having been referred to him. Our drive time was 25 minutes one way and we would have traveled much further knowing what kind of care and enthusiasm we received. Thank you, Dr. Rakkhit.

Dr. Rakkhit is a very good Doctor. He is very caring and truly listens. I never felt rushed or that my questions were taking too much of his time, as is the case with most doctors. Add in the great staff who are all pleasant, professional and seem very knowledgeable and the follow up call after my appointment and it just doesn't get any better. The follow up call to check on me and ask if I had any questions for Dr. Rakkhit was very unexpected and appreciated. I really wish all Doctors did that!

Knowledgeable, caring and spent the time necessary for diagnosis. However, staff is undermanned and poorly supervised. Had to communicate with insurance Co for proper billing codes, etc. Numerous messages left with staff, multiple unanswered calls.

Dr Rakkhit spends plenty of time with you, listens to you and is easy to talk to. His office staff and NP are awesome. There is usually a small wait time, but it makes a difference when he spends time with you. The clinic staff are very knowledgable and caring as well. I would certainly refer to this office for treatments. One thing to note: he does NOT practice Internal Medicine.

I was under the care of another doctor before seeing Dr. Rakkhit and all I can say is that if you have a brain and you appreciate an involved, serious, studious, and competent diagnostician-physician and are trying to solve a blood-related matter, do yourself a favor and at least arrange a consultation with Dr. Rakkhit. If you ever have any issues with the office, the staff and office manager are responsive and professional and always there to help with a smile. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!!!

Dr Rakkhit was very comfortable to talk to. He had looked over my test results before I saw him and was very reassuring and made me feel better about a diagnosis from another doctor. I am so glad that I went to him. He has a plan to follow up with more testing. I do not have lymphoma as the other doctor had told me. Thank you Dr Rakkhit.
Houston, TX |
I made an appointment three weeks prior to the date, was told I would receive a consent form to get my records released, after calling two times I received the email on Friday before the Wednesday appointment. Upon arriving at the office they had not gotten the records, I made the appointment for a second opinion, waited along time and because of the lack of records was not able to achieve my goal of a second opinion, very disappointed. Left messages three times with answering service.
