Absolutely no regard for human life. Doesn’t care about his patients or their life. Terrible. Do not use him.

10 years ago today, our baby sustained a skull fracture. She had a serious life or death injury. Dr. Young was the surgeon that evaluated our baby. Unlike many surgeons, his solution was not automatically to operate on her. Though the "tests" indicated such, he came in and did a personal evaluation of her and made his decision based on all the facts and weighing the options. She is a happy healthy 11 year old today. I have nothing but the highest praise for this doctor!

Dr. Young has been my daughter's neurosurgeon for several years. She is eight years old and has had numerous surgeries for shunt relates issues. Dr. Young is patient, kind, and a phenomenal surgeon. He has always listened to my concerns, and has gone out of his way to make my daughter feel safe. I've never seen another neurosurgeon sing to a child to calm her down. He was willing to step in and take over care for her after she had a major bleed and no other surgeon would touch her.

Dr.Young saved my life! He is very detailed orientated and explained the peocedure in terms the lay person could understand all the while being reassuring to my family. He even cornrowed my hair so I just had an 1/8 the of a shaved line in my hair. He is an exceptional doctor but also an exceptional man. A true blessing to me and my family!
