Dr. Tilley was very professional and very helpful to me as I asked him many questions. He gave me his time and I didn't feel rushed or pressured to hurry while talking with him. I am very confident that he is going to help me be the best I can be regarding my back pain. Thank you Dr. Tilley.

Dr Tilly is good at his profession, but is very biased against surgery for degenerative disc disease--going so far as to blame a disectomy and fusion I had for neck pain I had before the surgery and failing to acknowledge the pain relief I received from the surgery for a pinched nerve. He has limited my pain medication choice to one that I had to stop because it was lowering my oxygen level. In desperation I tried chiropractic and Accupuncture and received adequate relief. No everyone has the $$$

Dr. Tilley has been a lifesaver to me. Had it not been for him I most likely would not be here as the pain wasn't worth going on. He is professional, courteous, and understanding. He makes sure every option is available for treatment. I highly recommend him.

I want to say a few words about a pain Doctor that I have been going to for several years. I am not new to pain as I am sure so is anyone that reads this. A little of my background. I was injured in an accident in 1996. I was crushed from the waist down and am in a power chair. I'm 76 years old. I have pre-diabetes, 2 heart attacks (quad bypass), Peripheral neuropathy, trigeminal neuralgia (said to be the worst pain a human can stand, its called the suicide disease because the pain is so great

The only downside was during preliminary and follow-up visits; the long wait time between check-in and seeing the doctor would be excruciating if you are in serious pain.

I was in tremendous pain for years I talked to doctor after doctor and only got pills, I needed more I needed relief. Dr. Tilley; is the only doctor to listen to me, to explain to me why I was in pain, and what procedures would help me. After the first treatment I could see Dr. Tilley was the only doctor I would ever see for my pain. Dr. Tilley has always been a gentleman. Dr. Tilley treats me like a great friend. The staff of Dr. Tilley are professional. The staff treats me very well.

Was happy three years until my procedure quit working. Was sent to a nurse and told he did not see patients not having procedures. I asked for an app. with him anyway, and they made it for 6 weeks out. I called to get my med refilled, and they are refusing. I am sorry I ever referred anyone to him now that I know he is only in it for money and has no regards for the welfare of his patients. Complaints to the office and hospital overseeing the clinic got nowhere. Baxter hosp./clinics do not care.
