Dr. Tang is a wonderful doctor and a nice person! I have known him for three years---and he's kept me alive and going strong with stage IV breast cancer (using the oral chemo combo of Ibrance + Letrozole). He is smart, caring, thoughtful, and a knowledgeable clinician. He actually keeps up to date with oncology research. (Not all doctors do this.) He has a great straight-forward style, which I REALLY appreciate, and he has a good sense of humor. Dr. Tang and his staff are more than nice about filling out employment and insurance paperwork related to my illness leave and disability benefits. (Thank you Jonathan, Diana, and Blanca!) I used to see Dr. Tang at the Northridge Leavey Cancer Center location, but I now see him at his Van Nuys office. If he says he will call you with test results, he actually does call you with test results. I am happy to offer my highest recommendation for Dr. Ronald Tang.

Dr. Tang is extremely knowledgeable doctor. I have been his patient for almost two years. He is very patient and willing to explain everything in terminology that the patient can understand. If you are in need of an oncologist I would highly recommend him. He works in two locations. I see him in the Van Nuys office.

He is one my life savers, when I was diagnosed with cancer, I was in shock, confusion andI was scared. But the very first time I met Dr. Tang he made sure that I knew exactly what to expect, what to do and how to handle the gruesome chemo that was coming. He never scared me, always had time for me, would answer all my questions, would treat me like a patient and not a number. Trust me when you are in that condition you need a doctor on your side with big heart like Dr. Tang. Thank you so much
