I went to him with a torn meniscus in my knee. The wait in the exam room was over 40 minutes. He wanted to do a total knee replacement, which I thought was pretty extreme for a torn meniscus. When I wasn't receptive to a knee replacement he became very pushy. Naturally I had questions, but he didn't seem to want to be bothered with them and became quite rude. He said, I do 5 of these a day. I believe he does! I also believe he's looking at dollar signs and that is all he cares about.

Dr Romanelli operated on both my hands, a few weeks apart from each other, because of carpal tunnel syndrome. He was very professional and he explained what would need to be done as he wanted me to be comfortable in my decisions. He has a low key sense of humor which also helped put me at ease. I would definitely recommend him.

Dr. Romanelli is prompt in seeing you during visits and the staff is prepared to take care of both pre -appointment and post appointment details. Dr. Romanelli listens to your concerns and explains his diagnosis and treatment of the problem. My wife and I would trust his diagnosis and treatments totally and would not consider another orthopedic specialist..

Dr. Romanelli is an amazing doctor. My arm was not set properly when I was a child. He was very honest and concerned about it . He has done everything he can to help me retain a normal life with my deformed arm

Why Does Experience Matter?

Even specialists specialize. One orthopedic surgeon might do nothing but hip surgeries, while another does nothing but knees. If you want the best possible care, it’s critical to match your medical need with the doctor who truly specializes in treating it.
