Patient Comments (1)
Charleston, SC |
Dr. McV is a good doctor, but the staff does not know what they are doing. I'd scheduled a procedure to be done in office, and was looking forward to having it done. Days later, someone from the practice called to tell me I had to go to the surgery center for the procedure. BUT I had to wait for THEM to call me- A DAY OR TWO BEFORE THE EVENT - to be "scheduled" for sometime that day between 0830 to 430. Why can't they set a time for the procedure? Disappointed. Going elsewhere. So angry!
