My husband experienced agonizing pain that no one could diagnose/treat. Dr. Linehan was able to thoroughly explore available possibilities and Resolved my husband’s pain. We went from 2 years of no life to living again. We can’t begin to express the wonderful care he has received.

Saved My Back
Broke my back in an accident. Other hospital in Michigan wanted to park me in a bed for 3 months. Contacted Dr. Ron, and he said they could offer other options. I could barely walk into his office loaded on pain meds with lots of assistance. Two hours later walked I out with most of the pain dissipating after he injected cement into the broken spine. A few days later I carefully returned to a normal life. It was nothing short of amazing. The repair was done over a year ago and I'm still doing well.

I am a patient of Dr. Linehan and would recommend him highly to anyone having severe back pain. Not only is he an excellent Doctor, but he is kind and very patient. After engaging in every non-evasive procedure, Dr. Linehan and I , after much discussion and answering my many questions and concerns, agreed on the morphine pump. I Had a trial pump inserted at Fairfield hospital and it worked well. About three weeks later, I had the pump inserted permanently. It was a very wise decision on my part. The surgery was easy, minimal pain, and the outcome was so worth it. My pain has been drastically reduced. Needless to say, I am very happy!

I was referred to Dr Linehan from the ER at Fairfield. I had severe back pain that started right before the winter holidays. Dr. Linehan did a thorough examination during the first visit. He was compassionate, attentive, and clear in his explanations. During the second visit, seeing that the situation had worsened, Dr. Linehan called a neurosurgeon, and sent me directly to the ER at Mount Carmel. I had surgery the next day. I am very grateful to Dr. Linehan who took the time to listen carefully at a time of high stress and confusion for me. Thanks to him, I received excellent care and am now on my way to recovery. I highly recommend Dr. Linehan.

Dr. Linehan is outstanding! He literally saved my life, because my pain had taken over my life, and I had suffered enough. But he worked with me until he found the right combination of meds and therapy to relieve my distress. HOWEVER I can't give this office a five-star review, because it is impossible to reach anything except voicemail, and no matter how many times I call, I NEVER receive a call back. He is the best doctor I've ever found, but his office is ruining his practice.

I took my 89 year old mother to Dr. Linehan because she had so much back pain she couldn’t walk. After receiving the Medtronic Stimulater she was without pain and able to walk in just a few days. The doctor and staff were friendly and helpful. Highly recommend.

After being referred for chronic widespread pain all he wanted to do was back injections! I didn’t know how this was to help with every other area of my body. He went so far to call my physicians office and tell them to ONLY send patients needing lumbar injections! He definitely isn’t a pain specialist!!

I was referred to Dr. Linehan by my family physician for severe back pain. After some initial treatments he felt I would benefit from a specific procedure he performs called Vertiflex. I had this done by Dr. Linehan in November of 2020 and am now in physical therapy and doing very well with almost no lower back pain. I highly recommend him if you have pain issues.

Had a compression fracture of a lumbar vertebra. I hobbled into his office & after the treatment procedure, I walked out of this office. The level of back pain was considerably diminished. The residual pain was due to irritated nerves which he treated later. Jim in Lancaster,Aug., 2020

After suffering back pain for about 2 years and trying another facility, Dr. and procedure and some physical therapy - I got no relief from the terrible pain. I could not walk for any distance and was unable to even ride in the car for any distance. There were days that I could do very little physically. I made an appointment with Dr. Linehan and after he talked to my wife and I and went over my history and examined me, he talked to quite an extent about his thoughts and opinions on what he could do to help me. And he LISTENED to me. After a lengthy discussion we decided on what procedures he would do and I am now almost pain free and am able get back to the activities I enjoyed before. I garden, mow yard, can take drives in the car. Not only is my physical health much improved, emotionally I am much better. My wife (who is a retired RN) and I were so comfortable and confident with Dr. Linehan and I continue under his care as he monitors my progress.

Went through 2 rounds of painful epidual steroids with Dr. Linehan. Actually told me I needed to "try keep the noise down" during the last procedure in excruciating pain. After it only flared my MS symptoms he referred me back to my neurologist. Anything but helpful. A waste of time and money.

i injured my back to the point of being unable to function. I was recommended to Dr Linehan by a nurse friend. I called his office, explained my situation and was seen the next day. He talked with me, evaluated my situation, made recommendations, performed one procedure and I left the office able to stand straight and with an immediate decrease in pain. I am back to work and able to function normal. I am completely satisfied with the care and kindness of Dr Linehan and his staff.
