Dr. Kuhn is awesome and I sincerely appreciate his genuine concern for the health of my Father. For 10 years Dr. Kuhn has treated and cared for my Father with the utmost respect. My Father and I highly recommend him for the treatment of Prostate Cancer.
in Hot Springs Village AR |
This practice is very large and consistently gives the impression of being too big to care. Poor communication results in long wait times. My 2 experiences here both ran over an hour behind schedule. Attempts to communicate with the doctor and or staff have for the most part been futile. Overall impression is that these problems are true for most patients based upon the overheard conversations in the waiting room. My advise is to go somewhere else if you want to be treated well.
in Beebe, AR |
It is about impossible to call in and talk to someone. A message always has to be left and "they" will call you. You never know when they will and often the call is missed. Then you start over. If you had an emergency and was on the way to the hospital there is no way to notify the doctor. You just leave another message I guess but as you are in the emergency room you won't get a return call. It would be good to have an email address for the office. It might be better than leaving messages.
in Cabot, AR |
Dr. Kuhn has always taken the time to answer all of the questions and concerns that my family have had regarding my healthcare. He is very informative about the process and procedures that are being considered in my care. I have recommended and will continue to recommend my family and friends to him.
