Dr. Kuhn is a world class urologist and robotic surgeon. I assure you, his support staff is populated by professionals of similar quality. Dr.Kuhn could work at the Mayo Clinic if he were so inclined. However, if he were not in Arkansas, what would have happened to the thousands of patients he has helped and whose lives he has saved. Dr. Kuhn’s practice is a large and busy one, but in my experience, the waits are short; the staff is caring and courteous (contrary to the complaints of one or two other comments), but above all, I see Dr.Kuhn for the best possible medical care available; isn’t that what’s really important?

This practice is very large and consistently gives the impression of being too big to care. Poor communication results in long wait times. My 2 experiences here both ran over an hour behind schedule. Attempts to communicate with the doctor and or staff have for the most part been futile. Overall impression is that these problems are true for most patients based upon the overheard conversations in the waiting room. My advise is to go somewhere else if you want to be treated well.

It is about impossible to call in and talk to someone. A message always has to be left and "they" will call you. You never know when they will and often the call is missed. Then you start over. If you had an emergency and was on the way to the hospital there is no way to notify the doctor. You just leave another message I guess but as you are in the emergency room you won't get a return call. It would be good to have an email address for the office. It might be better than leaving messages.
