Dr. Krauser diagnosed my issues when other doctors could not. He was patient and went into detail in explaining the diagnosis and treatment options. Highly recommended.
Highly condescending, won'several return. Pompous jerry!

I used to like Dr. Krauser a lot but when I ran out of a medication he prescribed, he would not give me a refill and he said I was crazy, that he had given me enough to last until my next appointment which was a week later. So he let me go in withdrawal which was a very awful experience. I had the pharmacist call and let him know there was no refill available and he still didn't give me a refill, he argued with them & hung up. He repeated the same to me when I came for my appointment so i left.
Chester Springs, PA |
Dr. Krauser moved up my appointment, because he was under the weather and wanted to get out early. I was fine with this. I actually went in optimistic. He was very condescending, laughing at my job, the school I graduated from, and every answer to every question. While he seemed knowledgeable, he interrupted every answer I gave to him with the next question. I was well-prepared, so it was not a matter of ignorance. He also did not cleanse his hands. I hope he has done well for others.

Dr. Krauser always took as much time necessary to listen to my medical history telling me not to rush. He ordered tests to help determine what was going on and in parallel prescribed a very cautious, non aggressive drug therapy until he was 100% sure he knew what we were dealing with. I applaud Dr Krauser for his methodology as it turned out that I did not have RA, but instead the severe joint pain and elevated ESR was caused by thyroiditis. I always felt so safe in his wonderful care.
